Officers who are serving in permanent, temporary and contract shall submit an application through the Head of Department in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of the Public Officers (Appointment, Promotion and Termination of Service) Regulations 2005 and the Head of Department is required to submit the application along with PRESS SERVICE copies (prepared, approved and signed by the official store of Service) and copy PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPORT. Applicant candidates without accompanied by a copy of a copy of the statement of service and performance assessment report was considered incomplete and will not be considered.
All applications must include copies of the following documents which have been confirmed along the application form;
a) A picture (latest) passports
b) Identity Card
c) Certificate / Birth Certificate
d) School Leaving Certificate
e) School Certificate
f) A copy of the statement of service and the latest Confidential Report for the students who are currently serving in government
Duly equipped together with copies of certificates and other documents related and approved must be submitted in envelope measuring 229mm x 423mm diagonal on the left envelope should be written clearly managed BIG NAME POSITION APPLIED
