Kampong Bharu was developed over the past 113 years, located at Section 41, Kuala Lumpur City with a total area of 307.34 acres (124.37 hectares).

The breakdown of land categories is as follows:

1. The M.A.S (Malay Agriculture Settlement) area of 222.76 acres (89.70 hectares) contains 7 traditional villages gazetted on January 11, 1964. It is a permanent title of permanent ownership of interest. Restriction of Interest clearly states that the land can not be sold and / or may not be occupied by non-Malays;
2. 44.3 acres (16.3 hectares) of the Raja Bot Road Market Reserve land is a land that was first developed since 1955; And
3.   The outside area of M.A.S owned by DBKL and PKNS with a total area of 40.29 acres (18.8 hectares) with freehold without interest restriction.
