3. Certification - certificates of schooling.

Each copy of the certificate / document shall CERTIFIED by Government Officials (Management & Professional) / School Principal / Representatives / Penghulu / Ketua Kampung. All documents must be attached firmly to prevent dropouts / lost documents. Post applied shall be noted on the left side of the envelope. One form is for one job position.
