REQUIREMENTS:
• Have at least STPM / Diploma in any field, OR
• Work experience not less than 2 years
• Have PCEIA (AB & C) & Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) is an advantage
• Have a spirited and aggressive personality to sell
• Exit fun personality and friendly work environment
• high tolerance to work under pressure and deliver sales targets
• Pro-active, thorough and independent individual with a personality out
• genuine interest to serve the people
• Communication skills and good self
• Has own transportation
responsibilities:
• To sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of Pos Malaysia especially life / family takaful and other PosAssurance products offered by Pos Malaysia
• To get new customers and develop a network to find customers with new or existing customers and generate a list of potential customers
• Explain the characteristics of the various policies to promote sale of insurance plans and undertake PosAssurance
• To contact the underwriter and submit forms to obtain binder coverage
• To perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals
• Helps BDO to develop and implement sales strategies and activities to achieve the targets set by management
• Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new insurance products, learn new skills, etc.
• Ensuring basic needs are met through completing the appropriate form
• Maintain good relations with the staff and customers at the Post Office
• In cooperation with BDO and ASSM to support in achieving goals PosAssurance Region.

Basic Salary - RM1,800 (excluding allowances below)
