(Iv) a copy of the Certificate of Lower Secondary Assessment (PMR);
(V) a copy of the transcript of the study;
(Vi) a copy of the certificate and diploma / degree;
(Vii) a copy of the Recognition of Qualifications revision of the PSD (Diploma / Certificate);
(Viii) a copy of the certificate / academic papers and other related products;
(Ix) copies of Class Driving License; and
(X) recent passport size photograph.
