2. PEGAWAI BELIA DAN SUKAN S41
3. PEGAWAI FARMASI UF44/48

Applicants must use the ISN CAREER APPLICATION FORM (available at the link below) to include COPIES of documents - documents that have been CERTIFIED follows:

i. Identification card;
ii. SPM / MCE, HSE / STPM or equivalent;
iii. Degree in related field (Scroll and academic transcripts Advanced);
iv. Confirmation letter from the employer of the existing / prior to taking into consideration work experience / wage; and
v. A copy of the updated statement of service (for employees of Government / Statutory Body / Semi-Government is being served).
