Applicants must use Form KPDC Am 1 (charged RM5.00) which can be found at the Kubang Pasu District Council Administration began April 4, 2017. Please indicate the position applied on the left side of the envelope when applying. Each application shall be accompanied by copies of the documents as follows:
(A) Identification Card
(B) Birth Certificate
(C) certificates of schooling
(D) Academic Qualification (Certificate / Diploma / Degree)
(E) Transcript final exam (If Diploma / Degree real still not accepted)
(F) One (1) recent passport-sized photographs
(G) Supporting documents (if any).

06000 Jitra, Kedah Darul Aman.
Each copy of the above documents must be certified by a government official in the management and professional group. Only qualified candidates after filtered and found suitable will be called for interview. Applicants who do not receive any response after (6) six months from the date cutup ad is danggap as unsuccessful.
