Lending institutions Padi State (LPPNS) was established in 1966 and serves to make up for paddy lands, provide loans to farmers to buy farm land and provide loans for the purchase of machinery for use in the fields. LPPNS was dissolved and replaced by the establishment of the Selangor Agriculture Development Corporation (PPP).


PKPS established on January 2, 1972 under Act No. 12, 1972 (amendment 1976.1982 and 2005) and began operations on 1 March 1973. The PPP is responsible for developing the farming and agro-based industries to enhance socio-economic development of the State in addition to carrying out commercial projects for the benefit of the people.


Although the name has changed but the activity is rice cultivation is still continued. At the same time, the SADC also involved in projects for commercial agriculture and oil palm plantation development program for the people of Selangor as Bukit Cherakah Green Revolution Plan, Plan Kachong Idle Land Land and Land Plan Youth mounds.


PPP in the period 2010 to 2014 is to develop commercial activities by expanding oil palm plantations, rubber plantations, production of fruits like star fruit, watermelon, papaya, guava, rambutan, weasels and many others. High-tech Project poultry, dairy cattle breeding project and freshwater fish farming project. Development of this activity is as a contribution to development and economic growth of the state.
