National Islamic Development Foundation (SURE) is an organization of the foundation (foundation) was established on 24 January 2011 by the Hon. Senator Datuk Seri Syed Ibrahim bin Kader and inaugurated by the Hon. Dato 'Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak, Prime Minister of Malaysia on 25 October 2011. The SURE established to provide assistance educational, religious, health and welfare of the less fortunate, especially the Indian Muslim community and the Muslim community generally.

Headquarters is located at No. SURE 77-1, 1st Floor, Sri Medan Bunus, Off Jalan Masjid India 50100 Kuala Lumpur. CONVINCED also have an office in every state throughout the country except in the states of Kelantan and Sarawak. SURE offices in each country to act as administrative offices to provide support to the Head Office, while all decisions and financial arrangements made at Headquarters.
