Let me first say Welcome to the Portal of the Public Service Commission. In line with current developments emphasizing on the use of ICT in their daily operations, the Public Service Commission (PSC) is committed to providing a user-friendly portal into our service delivery.
SPA realize that customers not only require the delivery of efficient services but also quickly and easily accessible at any time from anywhere. Managing the SPA is now no longer limited to office hours only. This is because the portal provides a range of services such as registration Jobs in the Public Service (SPA8i), Application Status, Revision Affairs Service, ePertanyaan and so on. This is in line with the government's target percentage of 90% of government services on-line by 2015.
In line with the government's desire to improve the quality of service delivery to the people, the SPA has introduced the use of MyID and Password in the registration Jobs in the Public Service (SPA8i) began February 21, 2011. This method was introduced to protect applicant information and facilitate customers who wish to apply positions in the public service. MyID and Passwords also allows candidates to update information and to check the application status at any time.
SPA has also managed to make history when obtaining Rating Portal Five (5) star in the judgments made by the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC). A total of 1,349 Portal / Website has been assessed and SPA received the 3rd place of the 240 agencies / Ministries / Departments that got the award of a 5 star property. This is a remarkable achievement because SPA achieved through internal efforts ICT officials and citizens SPA entirely without the help of a private consultant.
ICT world is changing fast and seamless. Hence, in order to enhance service delivery SPA, customers are welcome to submit proposals / views on service delivery SPA and the portal. This feedback can help SPA to implement the necessary improvements.
I hope that this portal will become a platform to facilitate the public to deal with the Public Service Commission in accordance with the Public Service Commission motto namely Easy, Fast and Accurate. With it, surfing the Official Portal Public Service Commission.
