NOTE TO APPLICANT

(A) Applications must be made in the form MPK (BP) Establishment Amendment 7/2016, which is available at the Human Resources Division, the Klang Municipal Council at RM2.00.

(B) The application form must be completed and included passport photo, copies of birth certificates, identity cards, school certificates, relevant academic qualifications (certificate / diploma / degree), transcripts of all semester examination results confirmed the original copy ;

(C) Government officials who are serving must submit application forms through the Head of Department General Order Chapter 'A' and include common statement updated service performance reports.
