Applications must be made by completing the Application Form Exodus 02 (08/10/2015): Amendment 00. The form can be found at the link below. All applications must be accompanied by a passport photo, copy of identity card, copy of identity card and a copy of the parents of the applicant's birth certificate, school certificates and other relevant documents.
All copies must be certified. The following applications will be rejected / will not be processed if:
1. not accompanied by the necessary documents;
2. Do not complete or is not bright;
3. Does not meet the eligibility requirements;
4. besertakan image and
5. Not signed.
