Job Descriptions

1. Posting invoices in accounting system and process payments to vendors
2. Coordinate with the relevant departments for approval on invoices or expenses in accordance to the Company Authority Limit
3. Ensure invoices are processed and paid timely and accurately
4. Maintain proper filing of payment documents and records
5. Reconciliation of vendor statement of account periodically
6. To support in formulation of accounting procedures and controls
7. To assist in any other accounting related tasks

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
2. Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines with minimum 4 years experience in Account Payable
3. A team player with strong analytical, problem solving skills and good communication skills
4. Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and financial application with SAP system would be an added advantage
5. Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
