i) Application must be made through a special form available at the office of the Islamic Religious Council and Malay Custom, Kelantan and the mosque management districts concerned.

ii) Certified copy of school certificates, identity cards, and letters associated with passport size photograph must be submitted with the application form.

iii) Applicants who do not follow the rules and late entries will not be entertained.
