What is TOP?

TOP is a 6 month-programme designed to groom local fresh graduates who are passionate to start a career in the communications and multimedia industry. Successful applicants shall be trained in following area:-

-Network Security and Enforcement
-Spectrum and Numbering Management
-Licensing and Economic Regulation
-Communication and Digital Ecosystem
-Business Administration and Management or other related fields.
