Applicants must use the application form which is available at the Tanah Merah District Council at RM3.00. Purchase by mail shall use the Postal Order in the name of the President, Tanah Merah District Council along with the envelope size A4, self addressed and stamped RM1.00.

A job application can be filled only use one application form only.

The application form must be signed and accompanied by a passport size photograph, copy of identity cards, birth certificates, school certificates, Certificate / Diploma / Degree in related, the final results of the required qualifications and other verification documents related posts applied for and was approved.

Government officials who are serving should be submitted through the respective Heads of Department in accordance with the Regulations of the Public Officers (Appointment, Promotion and Termination of Service) Regulations 2005 and included together with an updated Statement of Service and Performance Evaluation Report.
